Following CoroCoro’s leaked images of two new Ultra Beast and the evolved forms of new Pokémon Rockruff, more details about the two have emerged online to give fans a clear picture on what they can expect when “Pokémon Sun” and “Pokémon Moon” officially arrive this November.

The new details about the highly anticipated games come from Redditor Dragon_Fang who took the time to clarify a couple of things about “Pokémon Sun and Moon” that may have confused some expectant fans.

To clarify the information that was leaked by the Japanese magazine, Dragon_Fang explained how the version-exclusive Pokémon and features work. The Redditor also grabbed the chance to elucidate what the time shift between “Pokémon Sun” and “Pokémon Moon” really means.

Discussing how newly outed Ultra Beast UB-02 Beauty and UB-02 Expansion differ from each other, Dragon_Fang stated that the two mysterious creatures are going to be version-exclusive, with UB-02 Beauty appearing in “Pokémon Moon” and UB-02 Expansion appearing in “Pokémon Soon.”

Though the Reddit user admitted that there is no confirmation about the exclusivity of the Ultra Beast yet, Serebii.net already listed the same thing about the two monsters on its site, stating that the information about the beasts is from CoroCoro.

Serebii.net also learned a thing or two about the two Ultra Beast, thanks to the Japanese magazine. Apparently, UB-02 Expansion’s gargantuan body is a deadly weapon, while UB-02 Beauty relies on its pleasing appearance to charm all Pokémon and even eliminate its opponent’s inclination to battle.

Meanwhile, the Redditor also set the record straight when it comes to the evolution of Rockruff, which could be a tad confusing. The Reddit user pointed out that CoroCoro’s depictions of the Pokémon’s Midday form and Midnight form may have suggested that the former is going to be exclusive to “Pokémon Sun” and that the latter is only found in “Pokémon Moon,” but the evolved forms are actually not going to be version-exclusive.

Rockruff is said to only have one evolved form, but its appearance will vary depending on the time the Puppy Pokémon is evolving. Hence, the Midnight form can be present in “Pokémon Sun” and the Midday form can also appear in “Pokémon Moon” because both games do have the day and night cycle.

Speaking of the day and night cycle, Dragon_Fang explained that the idea that its always nighttime in “Pokémon Moon” and daytime in “Pokémon Sun” is erroneous, for the games occur similar worlds with a time difference of 12 hours. However, it isn’t clear yet if this time shift entails that “Pokémon Moon” is 12 hours delayed or 12 hours ahead of the standard time in “Pokémon Sun” that is patterned from the actual time in the real world.

It can be noted that The Pokémon Company already confirmed the time difference in a post on its official “Pokémon Sun and Moon” website. The Pokémon marketing company also revealed in the post that titular Pokémon Solgaleo and Lunala hold the key to the story of the two worlds.

“Pokémon Sun” and “Pokémon Moon” are scheduled to release in the U.S. on Nov. 18, 2016. Tune in for more details about Game Freak’s upcoming role-playing video games for the Nintendo 3DS console.
