Prince Charles may be the future king of England, but that doesn’t mean he can’t have a soft spot for his grandchildren.

It was revealed last November by Life & Style magazine that the Prince of Wales is known to spoil his eldest son Prince William and daughter-in-law Kate Middleton’s children. Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, now 6, 4, and 1, respectively, were also reported to have Camilla Parker Bowles, the wife of Prince Charles, wrapped around their royal fingers.

“Charles and Camilla are complete pushovers with them,” a source told the magazine of the two oldest Cambridge children. “They have them wrapped around their little fingers,” added the insider.

So, how exactly does the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall spoil their grandchildren? The report claimed they do so by spending “a fortune on toys” for the young royals.

According to the outlet’s findings, Prince Charles, 70, is devoted to his grandchildren in a way that he feels makes up for the time lost when he was raising his two sons with Princess Diana, Prince William and Prince Harry.

“These days, he’s more family-oriented,” the source revealed. “Charles wasn’t around much when William and Harry were younger and if he could turn back time, he would’ve done things differently, but he’s learned from his mistakes.”
