  • Prince Harry's biographer said the Duke of Sussex has changed because he is now unrecognizable

Prince Harry's biographer criticized him for doing business with Netflix.

Royal commentator and expert Angela Levin, author of "Harry: A Biography of a Prince," spoke with TalkRadio last week. She talked about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's multimillion and multiyear deal with Netflix.

According to her, Prince Harry watched "The Crown," which criticized the royal family, and now he signed a deal with the streaming giant. Levin believes Netflix only wants the embattled couple to share sensitive details about the royal family.

Levin recounted the conversation with Prince Harry when they met at Kensington Palace. She had asked Prince Harry if he and the rest of the royals watched "The Crown." Prince Harry gave a positive response.

"Yes, we're all absolutely watching everything, but I'm going to insist it stops before it reaches me," Prince Harry reportedly told Levin, as quoted by Mirror.

"And he's now actually doing what I think is so disloyal and rude and that is taking money from a company like Netflix that knows exactly that it's going to get its pint of blood out of somebody when it offers a lot of money," she continued. "When he knows the same company is ridiculing his father, his mother and his grandmother."

Levin said the conversation between her and Markle's husband happened around two years ago when the Netflix hit series was on its "second installment."

It wasn't the first time Levin criticized Prince Harry's decision of doing business with Netflix. "I think Harry made a terrible error," he told "Good Morning Britain." He also pointed out the changes she noticed in the royal prince.

"I think the way that he has left the Royal Family, the way he did it, and he's changed," Levin said. "He's almost unrecognizable from Prince Harry I spent a lot of time with."

Levin speculated that Prince Harry's wife, Markle, was "desperate to earn lots of money," and they received an offer from Netflix. But I think, you know, Meghan is desperate to earn lots of money, and Netflix offered them something." However, for her, the royal couple has been naive if they didn't expect that "Netflix is going to want its pint of blood."

Prince Harry commented on "The Crown" during his guesting on "The Late Late Show." He told host James Corden that he was "more comfortable" with "The Crown" despite the show being criticized for blurring fact and fiction.

"I am way more comfortable with 'The Crown' than I am seeing stories written about my family or my wife," Prince Harry said. "That ['The Crown'] is obviously fiction, take it how you will. But this is being reported on as fact because you're supposedly news. I have a real issue with that."
