Prince Harry visited the Los Angeles Rams after they dominated Super Bowl LVI.

The Rams are the new NFL champions after beating the Bengals 23-20. The Duke of Sussex, who watched the game on Sunday with his royal cousin Princess Eugenie, visited the Rams locker room after the game. Prince Harry visited alone because his wife, Meghan Markle, was visibly missing when he attended the sports event with the Princess of York over the weekend.

The 37-year-old royal sported a Rams hat as he chatted with the team's owner Stan Kroenke, who also owns the U.K.'s Arsenal soccer club. The team shared snaps of Prince Harry while checking out the Vince Lombardi Trophy on social media.

"Feelin' like royalty. #SBLVI," the caption read.

Prince Harry's visit to the Rams locker room received mixed responses. Some were happy to see him there, while others wondered why he took the time to visit the team.

"The other players have the look, of 'What the heck is he doing here?' And 'Who is this guy?'" one commented.

"If Just Harry was following what the royals actually do he would have organized for young fans to meet the team not use it as a photo-op or stunt for himself," another added with multiple thumbs-down emojis.

"They gave up their 'royal' titles. For a guy who wanted to be left out of the spotlight, he sure has no problem using his 'celebrity,'" a third user wrote.

Meanwhile, some were supportive of Prince Harry. They were happy to see him with the Rams players. One even suggested that he could be a patron of the sport.

"Patron of American Football? Sounds good to me!!!!" the netizen wrote.

"I'm so happy for Harry. His mother loved the U.S. people and she was loved back. It's fantastic to see how Harry is embraced. Away from the Toxicity of Charles and Camilla. Go, Harry, we love u," another commented.

"The way the USA has taken to Diana's heir, Prince Harry is worth applauding!!!. Thank u U.S.! His LA wife was never given the same loving acceptance in the U.K.," a third netizen added.

Prince Harry used to be the rugby patron. However, he was forced to return his military affiliates and patronages after he and his wife decided to step away from their royal duties. His sister-in-law Kate Middleton has officially taken over the role.

The Duchess of Cambridge made her debut as the new royal patron of the Rugby Football Union and Rugby Football League earlier this month. She also visited Twickenham Stadium to meet with the England players from men's and women's squads.
