Prince William and Kate Middleton proudly shared one of Prince George's paintings.

The Prince and Princess of Wales' eldest son, Prince George, 9, has a talent for painting. Prince William and Middleton proudly shared a snap of his artwork for Christmas on Twitter and Instagram. The festive painting featured a reindeer in the snow with birds perched on its antlers and back.

"Happy Christmas! [painting] by George," the caption read.

Many were impressed by the second in line to the throne's talent in painting. Several couldn't help but praise Prince George for his hidden talent.

"This is actually quite good! I'm assuming this is their Christmas card?! If so, I love, love, LOVE that they used his drawing. Makes them relatable," one commented.

"He has always been a very talented artist," another wrote with a photo of Prince George holding what appears to be another artwork.

"That's fantastic... I would be your first customer if it was made into a Charity Christmas card," another royal fan opined.

"Absolutely fabulous. Such a talented young man. Please can we have this as a Christmas card next year? I'm sure it would raise a lot for good causes. Merry Christmas to you and all your families," a fourth user added.

"Merry Christmas!! Fantastic painting, little man!!" a fifth user wrote. "Perhaps George could start his philanthropy early and turn this into a Christmas card sold in the Palace shops with profits going to a children's charity?? It's that good!!"

Several members of the royal family are talented in painting, including the late Prince Philip and King Charles III. The British monarch is well known for his watercolors, which often feature royal residences like Balmoral Castle in Scotland and his country home Highgrove in Gloucestershire, England.

In October, King Charles's painting of Balmoral Castle was included in Bonhams' "The Scottish Home" auction. The print was valued at $675 and was brought for $6,500. It was sold with a certificate signed in pencil by King Charles in the year marked as 2001.

"In my time as an auctioneer, I have never seen so many commission bids lodged prior to an auction," said Hamish Wilson, senior valuer at Bonhams, according to CNN. "I think that speaks for itself."

He added, "I don't think I have ever seen as many pre-sale bids, so I'm afraid there's going to be a lot of people here very disappointed when they don't buy this."

Seventy-nine of King Charles' watercolor paintings were displayed at The Garrison Chapel in London earlier this year, marking the first full exhibition of his artwork. The collection featured outdoor scenes created in Scotland, France, Africa and more. The king shared in the exhibit's display panel that he started painting after finding photography "less than satisfying," People reported.

"Quite simply, I experienced an overwhelming urge to express what I saw through the medium of watercolor and to convey that almost 'inner' sense of texture, which is impossible to achieve via photography," he said, according to The Scotsman.
