Princess Diana, Queen Elizabeth II, Camilla Parker Bowles, Kate Middleton, and several other royals have attended movie premieres throughout the years.

Hello! magazine compiled photos of the female royals, as well as of Prince Charles and Prince William attending premieres with their respective spouses.

In 1966, Her Majesty had the chance to meet actress Julie Christie ahead of the premiere for “Born Free” in London’s Leicester Square. Years later, the monarch wore an embellished gown with a white wraparound fur to a glamorous premiere at London’s West End.

Nineteen years ago, the Queen was also present at the premiere of the movie “The Grinch,” where she wore a mint green dress and white oversized coat for the occasion. In 2006, she met actress Judi Dench at the premiere of the 21st “Bond” film “Casino Royale” in Leicester Square.

When she was still alive, Princess Diana also attended several premieres. In 1982, she wore a red polka dot scarlet dress to the premiere of “For Your Eyes Only.” She donned a huge baby blue dress designed by Catherine Walker to the premiere of “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.”

One year later, the mom of two turned heads in her red backless velvet gown at the “Back to the Future” premiere. In the same year, she wore a pleated gown to the premiere of “A View to Kill.”

In 1990, Princess Diana attended the “Steel Magnolias” premiere in aid of the Prince’s Trust in her deep red velvet gown designed by Catherine Walker.

Meanwhile, Camilla looked regal in her pink and purple dress when she attended the premiere of “The Other Boleyn Girl” in February 2008. Two years later, she and Prince Charles attended the premiere of “Alice in Wonderland” in London.

Prince William and Middleton attended the premiere of “War Horse” in London in 2012. The Duchess of Cambridge wore an Alice Temperley black lace gown to the event. One year later, Middleton wore a white body-hugging dress to the premiere of “Mandela: The Long Walk to Freedom.”
