Mick Fanning seems to have a lot of enemies, especially of the finned variety. The pro surfer was recently chased from the ocean by a shark -- for the second time this month.

During a surfing competition in South Africa on July 19, Fanning successfully fought off a great white shark, the video of which ricocheted around the Internet for days after. And on Thursday "60 Minutes" caught the surfer being chased from the water by yet another shark -- in what was scheduled to be his triumphant return to the water.

A preview of the interview shows that, after a short time in the water in Hastings Point, Australia, Fanning scrambles to a jet ski and rushes back to shore, according to the Courier Mail. From the beach, Fanning points out the shark. There have been several recent shark sightings in Australia -- some which have closed beaches.

The July 19 incident, in Jeffreys Bay, South Africa, during the J-Bay Open, was being broadcast live and the shark dorsal fin can be seen in the video. Fanning was picked up by men on water scooters and the remainder of the competition was called off.

His "60 Minutes" interview is scheduled to air 7 p.m. EDT Sunday. And Fanning announced that he'll resume competition Aug. 15 at the Billabong Pro, a World Surf League event, in Tahiti.

Hopefully, no sharks will be in attendance.
