One of the mistresses behind the destruction of golf star Tiger Woods’ marriage to model Elin Nordegren, Rachel Uchitel, is now dealing with the end of her own union. TMZ reported Monday that Uchitel’s husband, businessman Matt Hahn, filed for divorce from the infamous 38-year-old this week.

The marriage reportedly dissolved after Uchitel called authorities on Hahn following an argument last month. A source claimed Hahn cited “cruel and inhuman treatment” as the reason behind the split, in court documents accusing Uchitel of being dangerous to his “physical or mental well-being.”

Uchitel reportedly called 911 after a verbal disagreement with her husband on May 16, requesting police to remove him from their Manhattan home. Her representative, Howard Bragman, responded to the reports saying, “It is Ms. Uchitel's goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media.”

As of Tuesday, Hahn is seeking full custody of the couple’s 1-year-old daughter as well as child and spousal support from the former mistress, asking specifically for “equitable distribution of marital assets.” (Woods reportedly gifted Uchitel $10 million in hush money following their affair in 2010.)

Hahn, a former Penn State football player, married Uchitel in Oct. 2011 at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas at the age of 26. US Weekly reported that before their romance, Uchitel was engaged to World Trade Center investment banker James Andrew O’Grady, who passed during the Sept. 11, 2011, attacks. She was also previously linked to David Boreanaz after the "Bones" actor admitted to sleeping with the former mistress in 2011 following a period of marriage infidelity.

The couple previously made headlines after Uchitel announced her pregnancy by posting a photo of her 5-month baby bump on Twitter. The duo was flamed for requesting costly items on their baby registry including a $1,000 stroller and $300 nipple pumps, reported the Daily Mail.
