Teresa Giudice left encouraging words for Todd and Julie Chrisley, who will be serving their prison sentences next month.

A TMZ pap caught up with the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" while she was out and about Tuesday. The Bravo personality was asked if she had any advice for the "Chrisley Knows Best" stars since she was also incarcerated for fraud in 2015.

The reality star encouraged the celebrity couple to "stand strong" and practice manifestation while serving their prison time.

"Stand strong, stand strong for their family," Giudice said. "Manifest while being in prison, what they want when they come out and just be strong for their children."

The pap then asked how hard she believed it would be knowing they would be in prison for years, away from their kids, and probably miss important occasions like weddings.

"It will be very hard," Giudice said. "But they have to make the best of it. They have to stand strong for their family and stay connected to their children."

When asked if she advised the kids to see their parents in prison, Giudice gave a positive response. She said when she was incarcerated, her children visited her every week.

Giudice and her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, were indicted on federal fraud charges, People reported. They allegedly exaggerated their income when they applied for loans before their reality show in 2009.

Both were convicted of fraud in 2014 on charges of mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. She served her sentence at Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, on Jan. 5, 2015, and was released on Dec. 23, 2015, Women's Health magazine reported.

Joe was admitted to Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey in March 2016 and was released on March 14, 2019. However, he was deported to his native country, Italy, after he was released from prison.

The pap also asked Giudice about the food served in prison since she had already experienced it. The interviewer wondered how she got used to the prison meals.

"You just do," she said. "And I have to say, where I was, it wasn't so bad."

She added that when she was in prison, she also cooked and chose to be in the kitchen. Giudice said that she also exercised, manifested and did yoga every single day. She also wrote her second memoir, "Standing Strong," while she was there.

In Todd and Julie's "Chrisley Confessions" podcast, they said that they were "not allowed" to discuss the case after their lawyer filed an appeal.

"We cannot discuss the case because the appeal has now been — however, they do it — I think it was filed yesterday or the day before yesterday," he said in the podcast episode. "Our attorneys noticed the courts that they were appealing this."

"So we're not allowed to discuss it, so don't think we're avoiding wanting to tell you something because we're not," Todd added. "It's that we've been told we cannot."

Todd and Chrisley are expected to report to their respective Florida institutions on Jan. 17. He will serve time at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola. She will be at Federal Correctional Institution Marianna.
