Jen Shah wants to work with future lawyer Kim Kardashian as she awaits her upcoming wire fraud and money laundering trial.

In a clip from "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show" obtained by People, Shah, 48, doubled down on her recent revelation during an episode of her Bravo show and insisted that she was "100% serious" about bringing Kardashian on to help with her case.

"Listen, Kim Kardashian is not officially part of the Shah squad legal team yet," Shah said in the clip. "People thought I was joking around when I was like, 'Do we need to add Kim Kardashian to our legal team?' I was deada— 100 serious."

Kardashian is not yet an official lawyer. However, she is closer to becoming one after she passed California's first-year law students' exam — also known as the "baby bar" — on her fourth attempt in December 2021.

The "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star said she has "mad respect" for Kardashian and her criminal justice work. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum has been focusing on prison reform and advocating for the release of Alice Johnson from her life sentence.

"She has been able to be an advocate and affect change for people who have been wrongly accused of crimes," Shah explained. "They're innocent and then she has been able to help be part of the movement to, you know, go fight for them at the White House or with [the] government to get them released."

In the clip, Shah also got candid about the allegations she is facing and claimed that she was "wrongly accused."

She said she doesn't take the accusations "lightly" because it concerns not only her own life but also those of her parents, her husband Sharrieff Shah and her children.

"I have to fight and I have to have faith in the justice system," she added.

Shah and her assistant Stuart Smith were arrested in March 2021 and charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering. They allegedly victimized 10 or more people over the age of 55 through a nationwide telemarketing scheme between 2012 and March 2021.

Both pleaded not guilty during an arraignment one month after the arrest. However, in November 2021, Smith pleaded guilty, and he now awaits a sentencing hearing scheduled for Thursday. He could face a maximum of 70 years in prison.

Shah, on the other hand, has maintained her innocence.

"What I have been accused of is absolutely the complete opposite of anything I would do in my life. If I have any fault, it's because I'm too giving and I help too many people," she previously said of her legal troubles in a confessional on "RHOSLC."

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Reunion Part One" airs Sunday at 9 p.m. EST/PT on Bravo. Fans can also catch the "RHOSLC After Show" exclusively on BravoTV.com at 10 p.m. EST/PT.
