Kanye West has filed a response to estranged wife Kim Kardashian’s request to be declared legally single amid their ongoing divorce.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly Friday, West objected to Kardashian's request. He stated in the papers that before a ruling can be made, he first wants his assets protected via a set of conditions that the rapper's lawyer claims the reality star has already rejected.

One of the three conditions under which West would support his estranged wife being declared single was that Kardashian "will not transfer assets out of any trust" that they created together, according to the documents.

The Yeezy designer also requested that they establish a "right of reimbursement," in which either party would be reimbursed monies owed in case one of them died.

Kardashian's lawyer, however, claimed in documents obtained by Page Six that these two conditions were "unnecessary" given the premarital agreement the former couple signed.

For the third condition, West wants Kardashian to waive "marital privileges" until they've reached a final custody agreement on their four kids — North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2 — and a finalized property agreement.

Without marital privilege, all communications between West and Kardashian could be included in court records. The rapper also wants the former E! reality star to waive the privilege if she remarries so any conversations about custody would be accessible in court.

However, West agreed to exceptions related to "income, expenses, assets, debts and employment," which would remain private, according to Page Six.

West's lawyer claimed that the Skims founder rejected the conditions ahead of the former couple's hearing in March.

The former "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, who is dating Pete Davidson, filed for divorce from West in February 2021. In her initial paperwork, Kardashian asked the judge to enforce the prenup that the pair signed before their May 2014 nuptials and has kept all of their assets separate since the start of the marriage.

West's filing came days after he unleashed attacks on Davidson on social media, including telling fans to "scream" at the "Saturday Night Live" star and claiming he will never let the comedian meet his children. The rapper also shared screenshots of messages he allegedly received from Davidson and his estranged wife.

In one alleged message, Kardashian urged West to halt his social media attacks on her boyfriend out of concern for Davidson's safety.

On Tuesday, West wiped his Instagram account and apologized for his social media rants, acknowledging that sharing the screenshots was "jarring and came off as harassing" Kardashian. However, he returned with another tirade against Davidson just a day later, insisting that he was not harassing the actor but was just getting "payback."

Kardashian unfollowed West on Instagram shortly after.
