Rob Kardashian is accusing Blac Chyna of backing out of their deal under which she would drop the revenge porn lawsuit she filed against him.

Court documents obtained by People reveal that Chyna promised her ex she would drop the suit if Kardashian would help her get out of a separate lawsuit filed against them by Justin C. Jones, who is their former friend and Chyna's ex-boyfriend.

In the said suit, Jones is accusing both Kardashian and Chyna of "public disclosure of private facts" and "intentional infliction of emotional distress." The suit further alleges the exes of causing Jones to be the target of cyberbullying after exposing his sexuality.

"With trial fast approaching, Chyna and her counsel looked to co-defendant Rob to resolve the Jones Case without her having to pay any money to secure a dismissal with prejudice," the court documents state.

The documents also reveal that although Kardashian agreed to the deal last month, Chyna is now threatening him that she would move forward with the lawsuit, saying she has changed her mind. Their trial is scheduled to begin on June 13.

With Chyna refusing to drop the case, Kardashian's legal team is arguing that Chyna and her counsel have "acted in bad faith" and that a judge should help them enforce the settlement agreement so the case may be dropped entirely.

However, Chyna's lawyer, Lynne Ciani, argued that under California law, "settlement discussions are confidential."

"Rob Kardashian has violated California law by revealing alleged details of ongoing settlement discussions," Ciani said, as per TMZ. "Chyna is permitted under California law to disclose that settlement discussions regarding her revenge porn case against her ex-fiance are ongoing. When and if a confidential settlement is reached on this case, Chyna will alert the court first and then the media."

"Regarding the earlier trial in April 2022, a Los Angeles jury soundly rejected Rob's testimony that Chyna had physically abused him. The jury found that Chyna, in fact, had not physically abused Rob," the lawyer continued.

The lawsuit in question was filed by Chyna in 2017, shortly after she confirmed her split from the reality star. That same year, she obtained a restraining order against Kardashian after he leaked explicit images of Chyna on social media.
