Sarah Ferguson may do something non-traditional at her daughter Princess Eugenie's big day.

Traditionally, a number of important figures in the wedding party deliver a speech during the reception, but not the bride's mom. According to Jess Sheldon, a journalist for Express, the Duchess of York "could break from tradition and give a speech."

At the time, the palace has already released some details for the upcoming event. However, the actual itinerary for the reception remains unknown.

In related news, Ferguson is keen to return to the royal fold and she will try to redeem herself at the event. According to royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams, the Duchess of York has made "seismic effort" for it. Unfortunately, her toegate scandal is something that is not easy to forget.

"Sarah Ferguson has made a seismic effort to regain some of the royal favour she so catastrophically lost," Fitzwilliams said. "This wedding is her chance to excel and she will be seated with the family. No one has forgotten the past, but on this occasion, she will be feted as the mother of the bride."

Prince Andrew's ex-wife was photographed in a scandalous scene with her financial advisor, John Bryan. The latter appeared to be sucking her toes.

Royal experts were convinced that it was the cause of her divorce from the Duke of York. Dickie Arbiter also criticized Ferguson for engaging in such activity when she was already married.

"Okay you don't expect somebody to crawl through the bushes to take photographs of you topless while your financial advisor is sucking your toes," Arbiter told ITV's "The Royal Wives of Windsor." "You don't expect that but by the same token you don't go away with somebody that isn't your husband and sunbathe topless."

In related news, Ferguson and Queen Elizabeth II are already on good terms. Unfortunately, Prince Philip has reportedly still not forgiven her yet. In fact, they are reportedly avoiding each other. Some were concerned that their rift would result in a family friction at Princess Eugenie's royal wedding.

However, Ferguson and the Duke of Edinburgh are willing to bury the hatchet for the upcoming event. In fact, the 97-year-old royal agreed to join Ferguson and the rest of the Yorks for Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank's official family photos.
