Sarah Ferguson is under fire for her comments about the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

The Duchess of York had an interview with Vogue Arabia. According to Ferguson, her ex-husband has gone through “enormous pain” because of the rumors involving Prince Andrew to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. However, Ferguson was criticized for her lack of sympathy to the victims.

Jeremy Vine panellist Dawn Neesom branded the duchess “appalling.” It appeared to her that Ferguson wanted the public to simply dismiss the issue.

“She suggests we should dismiss this as nothing. I think that’s appalling, that was the most annoying of this rather than the Meghan thing,” Neesom said.

In the same interview, Ferguson opened up about her links with Meghan Markle. She admitted that she can relate to the Duchess of Sussex because she has also been subjected to media scrutiny when she joined the royal family.

“It must be hard for Meghan, and I can relate to her. I believe she is modern and fabulous,” Ferguson said of the Duchess of Sussex.

Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice’s mom said that Markle was famous before she joined the members of the Firm. Also, she found Prince Harry’s wife great and someone worth celebrating.

However, when asked to give advice for the Duchess of Sussex, Ferguson declined because she knows that it can be taken out of context. Also, she insisted that she hates bullying and is desperately sorry for Markle’s pain.

Meanwhile, Stefanie Powers recently shared her opinions on the members of the royal family. She criticized Markle for wanting to be a star when her role is to be Prince Harry’s wife.

Powers reminded the duchess that she should not change the royal dynamics. She added that Markle was not a great actress. In fact, she “has not gotten into the role she has taken on.”

On the other hand, Middleton received praises from Powers because the duchess is “impeccable” and “doesn’t put a foot wrong.” Powers also praised Princess Anne doesn’t make a circus of life whenever she steps out.
