‘Scorpion’
How will Paige (Katharine McPhee) and Walter (Elyes Gabel) deal with each other in “Scorpion” Season 3, episode 14? CBS

Walter (Elyes Gabel) and Paige (Katharine McPhee) will have at least one awkward encounter in “Scorpion” Season 3, episode 14.

In the sneak peek released by CBS (via Spoilers Guide) for “The Hole Truth,” Walter expresses his disappointment over the incompetent city workers. When Toby (Eddie Kaye Thomas) asks him what’s wrong, Walter simply gives him an irritated look. He later on reveals to Toby, Happy (Jadyn Wong) and Cabe (Robert Patrick) that he’s pissed off at the staff working in the froyo store for not giving him two punches in his loyalty card when he bought two yogurts. When Paige arrives, she greets everyone good morning before looking at Walter and realizing that there’s nothing good with his morning.

Other than Walter’s mood swings, “The Hole Truth” will also focus on Team Scorpion saving a man who teeters on the edge of a massive sinkhole. If he is not removed from the sinkhole quickly, he could cause a disruption in the water supply in Los Angeles.

In a second sneak peek, the members of Team Scorpion are inside the sinkhole figuring out a way to prevent the water supply from being contaminated. Unfortunately, it will be too late for the team since the sinkhole will explode. Luckily for them, no one will be put in danger.

Elsewhere in the episode, Happy and Toby will also spend some time talking about their wedding plans. However, even though the final three episodes of “Scorpion” Season 3 will revolve around the couple’s planning, this does not mean that they will actually tie the knot on or before the finale.

While speaking with TV Line, Thomas said, “We wouldn’t be a TV show without roadblocks. But they’ve got some really good stuff planned for the end of the season. The last three episodes will be one long story. It’s something I knew we would eventually do, and it involves the Happy/Toby thing, and then the whole gang gets involved. It’s going to be very exciting,” he said.

“Scorpion” Season 3 airs Mondays at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
