Scott Disick built a playhouse and for those whose eyebrows raised and wondered, “What kind of playhouse?” Well… It is literally a playhouse.

People with super curious minds, hold your horses. This playhouse isn’t for Disick rather for his kids, Mason Dash, Penelope Scotland and Reign Aston.

Every kid —probably— dreams of owning a playhouse. Somewhere where they can spend play time with other kids. What people commonly see are doll houses but Disick, who’s doing a really great job of being a father according to his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, went to an extreme extent in building a luxurious playhouse for his kids.

Disick’s playhouse project was actually inspired by a picture of a hotel in Baja, Mexico, which he reportedly saw in Forbes magazine. What drew “The Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star with the said structure was how they used the different woods in one.

E! News exclusively told Today Home that Disick’s playhouse has air conditioning, television and game consoles, Today reported. The exterior of the playhouse was actually made out of wood. In fact, when Disick consulted Mason and Reign while he planned for the design of the structure, his 4-year-old son reportedly selected the same type of wood his dad initially picked. The design team tasked to build Disick’s mini house reportedly used a clear cedar siding to cover the house.

As for his eldest, when Disick asked him what did he want, he said he wanted an intercom for sushi, a table and mini fridge.

Disick’s loft project for his kids has to gigantic glass doors with wooden frames. The inside walls of the mini house were white, with one plain brown painting inside a white frame just hanging above the bottom bunk bed. Another painting, this time a huge and color one, hangs just beside the wooden ladder of the bunk bed. The loft was also filled with fluffy toys and lots of pillows.

Disick spent more than $100,000 for his kids’ luxurious playhouse, Insider reported. So yeah, that’s way more expensive compared the regular houses. The dad of three doesn’t mind though, especially with his current reported net worth of around $20 million.

Before he started building the house, “The Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star talked to his ex-wife and presented his plan. Disick wanted to still have a connection with his kids even when he’s not physically present in Kourtney Kardashian’s house in Calabasas that’s why he wanted to pursue this project.

Kardashian was, at first, adamant but after listening to Disick’s “business proposal,” she agreed to have the playhouse built inside her backyard.
