Shailene Woodley indulged in some retail therapy following her split from Aaron Rodgers.

On Thursday, the "Big Little Lies" star went shopping in Malibu, California, and according to photos obtained by Daily Mail, her left ring finger was bare.

This was the first time Woodley had been spotted in public without her engagement ring since she and Rodgers called off their engagement.

In the snaps, Woodley, 30, was dressed casually in a gray top, black slacks, a denim jacket and black sandals. She tied her hair in a messy bun and didn't appear to be wearing any makeup for her outing.

She was photographed clutching her phone as she crossed the street with a big shopping bag around her arm.

News that Woodley and Rodgers, 38, parted ways broke earlier this week.

An unnamed source told People that their split was "amicable" and that they ended their relationship because "it just wasn't working."

"They're very different people with busy careers and there were obstacles that they couldn't surmount. They will remain friendly; there's no bad blood and no drama. It just didn't work out for them," the tipster explained.

Woodley confirmed their engagement in late February 2021 during an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," jokingly telling the host that she never thought she'd grow up to marry someone who "throws balls for a living."

Then, in March of last year, the NFL star raved about his happiness with Woodley. "I'm recently engaged, so been enjoying that part of my life," he said at the time. "Obviously that's the best thing that's happened to me in the last year."

The former couple previously sparked split rumors in December 2021 due to their "non-traditional" relationship.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback had celebrated his 38th birthday without his fiancée and the "Divergent" star did not acknowledge the event on social media, prompting some to speculate about the status of their relationship.

However, an anonymous source told People at the time that Woodley and Rodgers were still together and going strong. Their social media activities had nothing to do with the status of their relationship, according to the insider.

"They have a different, non-traditional relationship," the source said. "Shailene and Aaron are still together. It's not odd they don't post about each other on their birthdays in that sense, and are very private about things."
