'Shikimori's Not Just A Cutie' Episode 1 Live Stream: How To Watch Online, Spoilers

Izumi finds his girlfriend, Shikimori, super cute but sometimes he finds her super cool too. There is something about her that makes her more than just a cutie.

The official website has released the synopsis of "Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie" Episode 1. Izumi is going through a series of disasters since morning. Later, he meets Shikimori who always welcomes him with a gentle smile.

However, when she finds out that Izumi is in trouble, she turns into a super cool girlfriend who wants to protect Izumi at all costs.

"The ultimate heartthrob girlfriend appears! Naturally unlucky high school student Izumi's girlfriend is his classmate Shikimori. She has a beautiful smile and kind personality and always seems happy when she's with Izumi," read the official synopsis of "Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie" anime, according to Crunchyroll.

"She's a pretty, cute, and loving girlfriend, but when Izumi's in trouble… she transforms into a super cool heartthrob girlfriend! The fun lives of the cute and cool Shikimori, Izumi, and their good friends never end! This 1000% precious romantic comedy begins now!" it added.

The cast of the anime includes Saori Onishi as Shikimori, Shuichiro Umeda as Izumi, Rina Hidaka as Hachimitsu, Nobuhiko Okamoto as Inuzuka, Misato Matsuoka as Nekozaki and Ayaka Fukuhara as Kamiya.

The series is directed by Ryota Itoh and the series composition is by Yoshimi Narita. The music of the series is by Hiroaki Tsutsumi and sound direction is handled by Takeshi Takadera.

Shunsuke Suzuki is credited for the art direction. Ai Kikuchi, Miki Muto, Yuhei Murota and Tomoya Atsumi are the chief animation directors. The anime is produced at Doga Kobo.

Ai Kikuchi is the character designer, while Yuka Ito is in charge of color design. Kashiko Kimura of MADBOX handles the editing of "Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie" anime.

Takuya Miyahara, Takeshi Osame, Shun Sawai, Kenji Sawada and Hiroaki Otsuji are the main animators.

"Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie" anime is based on the original work by Keigo Maki.

"Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie" Episode 1 is scheduled to release this Saturday. The episode will stream in Japanese with English subtitles on Crunchyroll.
