The Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Clippers are slated to collide in an interesting cross-conference matchup on Tuesday, January 17, with both teams looking to rack another win.

The two aforementioned squads are coming off scintillating victories in their last assignment.

In their last outing, Philly needed to wait until the end before pulling off a 113-112 win over the Los Angeles Lakers.

"It wasn't one of our better games, especially defensively," 76ers coach Doc Rivers said. "We had no pace. We were tired. As a coach, you're saying, 'Let's just get to the fourth quarter and see if we can win it.'"

Joel Embiid led the way with 35 points and 11 rebounds, while James Harden chipped in 24 markers, 13 dimes, and seven boards.

The Sixers are averaging 114.9 points per 100 possessions which is 10th in the league.

They are also ninth in the league as far as shooting from the field with a 47.9% clip.

On defense, Philly is permitting 111.3 points per 100 possessions, as well ass allowing the opposition to shoot 54.6% from the field and 34.3% from beyond the arc.

The Clippers, on the other hand, will pin their hopes anew on Kawhi Leonard.

Paul George and John Wall have been listed as out for this matchup.

In their win over the Houston Rockets, 121-100, Terance Mann held up the fort with 31 points, six rebounds and four assists.

Leonard added 30 points of his own along with six rebounds and four assists.

"Nobody could get stops. Everybody was moving slow and that might have been because it was an early game," Mann stated. "Whichever team was going to play defense first was going to win."

The Clippers rank 27th in the league in offensive efficiency with 111.7 points per 100 possessions.

Defensively, Los Angeles is allowing opponents to haul 111.7 points in 100 possessions.

The Sixers are -0.5 spread favorites over the Clippers, who are at +0.5.

Meanwhile, the moneyline for this game is -115 for Philadelphia and -104 for Los Angeles.

It will be a slambang affair at the Crypto.com Arena on Tuesday with game time set for 10:00 PM ET.

It will be telecast over TNT with live streaming available via the NBA League Pass.
