Stray Kids released a new thriller-themed trailer for its upcoming album, "Oddinary," on Sunday.

The clip features Felix as an enigmatic wanderer who enters a building labeled "ordinary" one fateful night. Inside it, he encounters suspicious employees and individuals and stumbles upon a newspaper article about missing persons, one of whom he sees inside the building. He runs toward the exit afterward and meets more suspicious characters along the way.

Felix then steps into an elevator and a question flashes on the screen. It reads, "Do you want to be ordinary?" Hyunjin appears out of the blue and pushes Felix out of the elevator. Hyunjin also jumps out of the elevator as Felix falls to the ground. Finally, the trailer ends with the announcement of the album's release, which is taking place on March 18.

The clip, which has been posted on JYP Entertainment's official YouTube page, has so far garnered nearly two million views, with fans praising the group for yet another unique way to herald its upcoming musical project.

"Stray Kids doesn't drop teasers, they drop whole movies instead. If this was in Netflix it would be top trending movies 'everywhere all around the world'. It's insane. I love it so much," one fan commented.

Another supporter noted, "This only confirms that SKZ are indeed multi talented and that this comeback is gon be amazing."

The trailer gives a deeper look at the group's concept for its highly anticipated comeback, which the boys hinted at in a previous video, according to Soompi.

Meanwhile, Chart Data, which gathers data on music-related trends worldwide, broke the news that the "Oddinary" trailer Monday became the No. 1 trending music video on YouTube globally.

"ODDINARY" (Main Trailer) is now the #1 trending music video on YouTube worldwide," it noted in a tweet.

"Oddinary" is the boy band's follow-up to the holiday-themed album "Christmas EveL," which came out in November 2021 and was promptly followed by the compilation album "SKZ2021" only a month later.

It also marks the group's first album since JYP Entertainment signed a partnership with U.S. label Republic Records early in February. The deal boosts the promotional activities of Stray Kids in the U.S as well as ITZY. Republic Records is known for representing several global pop superstars, including Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Drake and The Weeknd.

Fans can recall that Stray Kids had a successful fan meeting event called "SKZ's Chocolate Factory" at Seoul's Olympic Hall from Feb. 12 to 13.
