Buying the perfect present can be challenging, especially when the person you’ve buying for seems to have everything. Subscription services are a hip, new gift to give for the holidays. Whether your male recipient is a fan of fashion, food, electrics or toys, we’ve got just what you’re looking for.

Here are six of the best subscription services to gift to men for the 2015 Christmas season:

1. Phone Case of the Month ($30 and up)

Buying your loved one a new cell phone for the holidays is pricey, but getting them accessories for their beloved electronic doesn’t have to be. Phone Case of the Month allows its customers to purchase a three ($30), six ($50) or 12 month ($89) gift subscription. Each shipment comes with unique, limited edition phone case. The cases, which are made of Poly Carbonate and ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) with a silicone coating, arrive in fabric bags, complete with a description card and “unique hashtag.” Cases are available for the most popular iPhone and Samsung phones.

2. Loot Crate ($13.95 and up)

If your recipient considers himself a gamer or pop culture geek, then Loot Crate may be what you’re looking for. Each month the service sends several items, ranging from collectibles to clothing and gadgets. Each box is estimated to contain items worth a minimum of $45 and some of the products included in each shipment are considered to be “exclusive.” The service does not have a gifting option, but Loot Crate can be purchased in one ($13.95), three ($13.25 per month), six ($12.95 per month) and 12 month (11.95 per month) increments. (Note: a $6 shipping and handling fee is not included in the price.)

3. Birchbox Man ($20 per month and up)

If the man you’re shopping for is looking to get pampered this holiday season, Birchbox Man is the ticket. The service, which also provided a popular monthly box catered to women, sends its subscribers “top-shelf grooming samples” and a full-sized gadget. Each box is customized to tailor to the recipient's styles, hair type and more. Regular subscriptions cost $20 per month. Gift subscriptions range in price from $60-$110, depending how many months of service you want to gift.

4. Just the Right Book ($90 and up)

Picking a book to gift to an avid reader can be tricky. How can you know for sure they will enjoy the title you’re planning to purchase them? Just the Right Book solves that problem by having curators decide which books are perfect for their customers based on their interests. The service, which is also available for children and teens, has several subscription options to choose from. For example, customers can get books delivered each month or quarterly. Each package comes gift-wrapped and ships for free.

5. NatureBox ($13.95 and up)

Give the gift of good food this winter. NatureBox is a service that delivers three to five healthy and delicious treats to your doorstep each week, twice or month or once a month, depending on your preference and budget. Subscribers are given the option to choose each product that goes into their shipment or be surprised. (Note: Your first month’s box is 50 percent off. Therefore, is you were to purchase the three-snack box, your first month would cost $6.97.)

6. RootBizzle (Prices Vary)

The gift of fashion never goes out of style. RootBizzle provides monthly sock and tie subscriptions. If your recipient is more of a tie man, he can choose his products' length and style -- business, whimsical, skinny, variety and formal are the current options. One month of RootBizzle's tie service costs $25. If a new pair of socks are more his thing -- each shipment ($20 for one month) comes with two pairs -- the only information needed is shoe size and to indicate if dress or fun socks are preferred. Three and six month and one-year subscriptions are also available.
