Usman Ally is suiting up for his new TV role.

The Swazinald-born actor, who was recently cast in Season 7 of “Suits,” took to Twitter to share a first-look photo of his character on the USA Network series. While Ally looks dapper and cool in the pic, it remains to be seen whether his character is going to be a friend or a foe to the folks at Pearson Specter Litt (PSL).

As reported by Deadline earlier this week, Ally will recur as Deputy Attorney General Andrew Malik in the current season of the legal drama.

Ally is the latest addition to Season 7 of “Suits.” He joins other newcomers Dulé Hill and Ray Proscia, who have already made their debut appearances on the series earlier in the season. Hill plays PSL’s newest senior partner Alex Williams, while Proscia portrays the role of Louis’ therapist, Dr. Lipschitz.

Ally recently appeared on HBO’s “Veep,” TV Land’s “Nobodies” and Netflix’s “A Series of Unfortunate Events.” His other acting credits include ABC’s “Agents of “S.H.I.E.L.D.,” CBS’ “Madam Secretary” and FX’s “Damages.”

In next week’s episode of “Suits,” Harvey (Gabriel Macht), Louis (Rick Hoffman) and Donna (Sarah Rafferty) must get on the same page immediately when Bratton Gould comes after PSL for poaching Alex.

As revealed in the trailer for the episode, Bratton Gould seemingly files a lawsuit against PSL for poaching Alex. “We just took one of their partners and now they’re looking for some get back,” Mike (Patrick J. Adams) tells the judge during what appears to be a courtroom hearing.

Harvey and Louis also meet with Bratton Gould’s name partner, Thomas Bratton (Al Sapienza), who seems to have offered them a settlement deal. But when Harvey refuses to settle, Thomas assures him that PSL is going to lose in court. “We’re five times your size, you cannot win,” Thomas says.

Apparently, Alex wants to make peace with his former law firm. “Give them what they want,” Alex tells Harvey. But PSL’s managing partner insists that he won’t give in to what Bratton Gould wants. “No!” Harvey replies. “I’m gonna figure out how to beat them.”

“Suits” Season 7, episode 4, titled “Divide and Conquer,” airs on Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 9 p.m. EDT on USA Network.
