Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum’s 3-year-old daughter Everly is already following her parents’ footsteps.

In a recent interview with Women’s Wear Daily, Dewan revealed that Everly has already started attending dance classes.

“She’s a very free-spirited little kid,” the 35-year-old actress-dancer said of their only child, whom they welcomed in May 2013. “She likes to run around and do her own thing. But she loves a tutu, and she will put on three or four and go around the house and do little shake moves.”

Dewan and Channing, who met on the set of their 2006 film “Step Up,” want Everly to understand how significant dance is in their relationship, so they plan to have their daughter watch the Anne Fletcher-directed movie at some point in the future.

“We keep saying we are going to force feed ‘Step Up’ to Everly," Dewan told Women’s Wear Daily. "Like, ‘You have to watch. You have to see where you came from.’”

When she’s not spending time with her daughter, Dewan — along with Tatum — is hard at work on producing a scripted “Step Up” series for YouTube Red. In addition to the web series, Dewan is also lending her dance expertise to an upcoming reality dance competition for NBC, where she will serve as a judge and mentor.

“It's going to be more of a variety entertainment show," Dewan told Women’s Wear Daily of her project on the Peacock Network. "It's fun discovering new incredible dance talent, but as well as being one hell of a show every week, it will be super fun. We love dancers and we want to make sure we are shining the light on these fresh talents, and also bringing the element of fun and surprise and celebrity guests and all those things that people love to watch."

A spokesperson for NBC confirmed to Entertainment Weekly in March that the network ordered six episodes of the said series. Dewan's reps told the news outlet that Tatum will executive produce through his company Free Association, but he is not confirmed to appear on the show.

Dewan recurred as Lucy Lane in Season 1 of “Supergirl,” but it’s unclear whether or not she will return for Season 2. “There’s nothing definitive [at this time],” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told TVLine earlier this month when asked about Dewan’s potential comeback. “But we love Jenna, and Lucy is obviously alive in our universe.”

“Supergirl” Season 2 premieres on Monday, Oct. 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
