Rumors swirled for months about the relationship between rapper T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris. So when it seemed like the VH1 reality star posted about T.I being jealous she danced with Floyd Mayweather on Halloween, it seemed credible. The only problem is that it was a fake post.

Tiny took to Twitter to set the record straight. “Hey guys that facebook page is not my page,” she tweeted Monday. “It is fake. Not sure how they got verified but we are dealing with it now to be taking down.”

The phony post on Facebook had a much different tone. “When a woman's fed up,” the hoaxer wrote Sunday. “For years I've been the one getting hurt, but now that a lil video done surfaced with me having a friendly dance he's mad?? Why? Yes, he's my husband but damn can I not have a male friend?!”

The poser continued: “Tip can't be the only male friend I associate myself with just like I know I ain't the only Female he associate hisself with so... It is what it is.”

The imposter’s message was liked thousands of times by the page’s 634,000 followers. It’s unclear how Facebook verified an fake page.

While that post was fake, video of Tiny grinding on Mayweather at Mariah Carey’s Halloween party in Los Angeles is real. It went viral last week thanks to the Instagram page Hollywood Unlocked.

T.I. and Tiny have been in a relationship since 2001, but they didn’t marry until 2010. They have five children together. T.I. has two sons from a previous relationship. The couple welcomed their youngest child, daughter Heiress, March 26.

T.I. has not responded to the salacious Halloween video or the fake post on social media.
