Famous YouTuber Tana Mongeau opened up about her marriage to fellow internet celebrity Jake Paul in a recent video. The couple got married on July 28, just 5 weeks after getting engaged, but the union between the two of them isn’t as fulfilling as the 21-year-old was expecting.

Mongeau uploaded a 40-minute long video to YouTube, where she discussed “the truth about everything.” In this video, she details how her life is not where she expected it to be at this point. "This year is coming to a close, and I'm just not happy," Mongeau mournfully stated in the video. She goes on to say that the public image of her relationship is something that truly bothers her.

Mongeau also curiously points out that she’s “done so much pretending” that she doesn’t care what she does. While she’s always loved Paul, she claims that she put so much of herself into this relationship that she’s lost herself.

“That's not his fault. And I'm not blaming him for that at all. It's just the reality. I don't regret it," the YouTube celebrity and singer stated. The two are a lot alike, she claims, saying that they both are as easily enticed by new things as they are quick to become bored.

Time magazine re-told the story of their eventful and chaotic Las Vegas wedding, which involved Paul cutting their wedding cake in half with a sword and someone interrupting the first kiss by tossing champagne on the bride and groom -- which, according to Jake’s brother Logan Paul, resulted in the man getting beat up. The then-married couple left the venue, the Graffiti Mansion, separately to attend the reception at the Sugar Factory at the Fashion Show Mall.

Mongeau summed the entire night up to “hell.”

Between the jokes about how Mongeau was in a relationship with him for “clout” and the fact that they have an “open relationship,” she claimed she is sick of her image being used as a “doormat.” By the end of the video, Mongeau expressed how nervous she was about how Paul would respond to her statements. As of publication, he has not made any comments.
