Teresa Giudice's eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, just got a nose job and revealed that she's happy with her choice.

The 19-year-old daughter of the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star took Instagram on Friday to announce that she just went under the knife to address one of her longtime insecurities. Gia confessed that she had always been insecure about her nose, so she decided to get rhinoplasty.

"Yes I got a nose job," Gia wrote on her Instagram post, which shows her posing with her mother in her first post-operation snap.

"Yes I’m swollen. thank you so much @drtobiasnyc I’m absolutely in love with it I am an adult now, this has been an insecurity of mine for a while and I’ve never been happier and so comfortable in my own skin!!" she continued, tagging Dr. Geoffrey W. Tobias in the post.

Giudice received warm responses from her followers, with many showing support for her decision to get a nose job. One follower who has experience with nose jobs even said she has no regrets getting work done.

"Nose job was the best thing I ever did! You’ll love yours. Does take two years to really really see the full effect," the Instagram user commented.

"You looked beautiful either way," another fan wrote

"Looks so good! I think the stigma around plastic surgery is outdated! Though there’s nothing to 'own' it’s nice to see you upfront about it without having to deal with people speculating," a different Instagram user commented.

Gia graduated from high school last year and is now attending Rutgers University, which is a short distance from her home in Montville.

In related news, Teresa's estranged husband, Joe Giudice, was supposed to meet up with their four daughters — Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana — last Easter. However, their meeting was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The four girls were forced to cancel their flight to Italy, leaving Joe heartbroken.

"For [chick emoji], my family and I were to reunite instead the unthinkable happened, not a day, hour, min. goes by that I don’t think about the girls. Special occasions are the hardest without them it feels emptier and less joyful," Joe wrote Instagram.

"My heart breaks for anyone who is going through not seeing their kids, wife, parents, or loss. This has taught me to be grateful and humbled by all my experiences it reinforced the idea of never taking anything for granted, especially my babies," he continued.

In addition, Joe's final appeal for deportation was denied. He was hoping that he could return to the U.S. and see his daughters, but he was told that he could never step foot in America again.

"My appeal was denied. The dreadful words no one wants to hear, especially now. I always feel I belong in the United States with my family, not in Italy," Joe said.
