Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bündchen's relationship is going strong, and the New England Patriots quarterback knows he has a lot to thank the supermodel for.

After leading his team to their sixth Super Bowl win, Brady opened up about his family and career during an interview with "Good Morning America's" Michael Strahan. During their chat, Brady couldn't help but gush about his gorgeous wife, saying that Bündchen is his "rock."

Brady described Bündchen as his "life partner" and one of the "most caring, nurturing people in the world." The NFL star, who shares Vivian, 6, and Benjamin, 9, with Bündchen, also acknowledged that the model has sacrificed many things in order to let him pursue his own dreams. Brady also told Strahan that Bündchen always has his back and he has hers.

“The way she takes care of our family when I'm working, sacrificing a lot of her dreams,” he said. “I can only tell her I love her so much.”

While Brady has achieved a lot of success as a football player, he said he also thinks being a good father, husband and friend are equally important as well. This is why he does his best to spend time with his parents and siblings, who also watched the Super Bowl from the bleachers in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday.

“We had dinner all on Friday night before the game,” Brady added. “You know, it's just, that's what life's about... Having these incredible memories with the people you love the most.”

As for when he believes he'll retire his jersey, Brady, who is now 41, said that he plans to quit when he reaches the age of 45. And after he retires, Brady said he will continue "giving back for the rest of [his] life" for all the blessings he has received so far.

As for Bündchen, she recently opened up about a relationship in her life, but it wasn't the one she had with Brady.

Bündchen recently told Porter Magazine that used to "numbed" herself with alcohol, cigarettes and work while she and ex Leonardo DiCaprio were dating from 2000 to 2005. She explained that they eventually parted ways because they were too different and also wanted to take opposing paths in life.

"Was I alone in wanting to do some serious soul-searching while he stayed the same? In the end, unfortunately, the answer was yes," she confessed.

Fortunately, Bündchen seems to have found a "life partner" in her husband, Brady, with whom she tied the knot in February 2009.
