“The Voice” Season 13 is quickly coming to a close, which means a winner will finally be picked and a grand prize will be awarded.

After going through countless eliminations, battle rounds, knockout rounds and more, one contestant will walk away with both the crown and a slew of other perks.

Once the votes are counted, the winner of the NBC singing competition will be named “The Voice” and receive a recording contract with Universal Music Group. In past seasons, the winner has also been awarded a prize of $100,000.

“The Voice” Season 13 consisted of a fierce competition between judges Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Hudson, who made her debut as a judge on the series this year.

The coaches did their best to train their team members and in the end, only four will compete in the finale for a chance at winning the grand prize.

Shelton’s team members, Red Marlow and Chloe Kohanski, secured two of the top 4 spots in the competition.

Meanwhile, Levine’s artist Addison Agen and Cyrus’ contestant Brooke Simpson snagged the final two spots, which means Hudson will not be represented in the finale.

Although the winner of “The Voice” will land a record deal and a huge payday, it doesn’t mean they are destined for success.

In 2016, Shelton and Levine revealed that they were well aware that winners from the NBC singing competition don’t shoot to stardom compared to “American Idol” alums, who have made major strides in the music industry.

“That’s one of the frustrating things about this show is they get this record deal that sometimes there’s just not a lot of help, not a lot of direction,” Shelton told toofab at the time.

“What we need is help from the record label, Republic Records,” Levine added.

“They don’t do a good job. They do a very bad job, and we’re trying to remedy that by lighting fires so that maybe they’ll do their jobs,” he said.

Fans will just have to wait and see if this season’s winner will change the cycle and successfully secure their spot as a major player in the music industry.

“The Voice” Season 13 airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
