“Saturday Night Live” is officially on their holiday break, but they gave viewers plenty of holiday content before signing off. Watch the best “SNL” Christmas skits from 2020:

Christmas Phone Call — One of the best “SNL” Christmas skits is all too relatable. Three daughters call their mothers to break the news that they won’t come home for Christmas due to the coronavirus. Their moms don’t exactly take the news well.

Christmas Morning — A family shows off their presents. Mom, played by Kristen Wiig, made sure everyone got exactly what they wanted. In return, Mom got…a robe.

Holiday Baking Championship 2020 — “SNL” had fun dodging Standards and Practices for this one. A couple of the cakes don’t exactly look family-friendly. See if you catch Cecily Strong and Timothée Chalamet nearly breaking character.

Coronavirus Holiday — COVID-19 has had a busy year of traveling, and they don’t even get to settle down with all the holiday parties. Their daughter returns from college, where she infected a whole dorm, and she brings home her boyfriend, who infected Tom Hanks. The rebel teenager of the COVID family, however, saunters in with a bottle of Purell and reveals he wants the vaccine.

December To Remember Car Commercial — “Saturday Night Live” gives a more realistic look at what happens when middle-class couples surprise each other with luxury cars.

Santa’s Village — Santa portraits are a little different this year. To social distance, Santa and Mrs. Claus are in their own bubbles, which are apparently very difficult to balance.

Home Alone — “SNL” provides a dark alternate ending to “Home Alone 2: Lost in New York” in this holiday sketch. Kevin returns to find Pigeon Lady and offers her a suite at the Plaza Hotel. However, when the robbers from the first film return, Pigeon Lady won’t let them take away her chance at a hotel bed.

"SNL" will return to NBC with new episodes in 2021.
