What Princes William, Harry Will Do If Kate Middleton, Meghan Were Harmed

Prince William and Prince Harry are ready to take action should the media harm their wives Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, respectively.

When royal commentator Robert Jobson discussed George Clooney’s controversial comparison between the Duchess of Sussex and Princess Diana, he noted that if the negative media coverage was becoming a problem, the royal brothers will authorize Kensington Palace to issue a statement against the press.

“I’m sure if William and Harry felt there was a serious problem with any of their wives or their children as has happened in the past, they would authorize Kensington Palace to make a statement on that,” Arbiter told Sky News.

“They have taken legal action in the past,” he continued.

He noted that Prince William and Prince Harry are not doing any action with the recent controversy involving Clooney because he is famous and was among the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s wedding guests. The royal expert added that Clooney did it “probably to promote his latest film.”

In his statement, the “Catch-22” star said that Markle has been pursued and vilified in the same way as Princess Diana. He added that history repeats itself and said “we’ve seen how that ends,” pertaining to the fatal car crash that killed the People’s Princess when paparazzi chased her.

Jobson felt that Clooney hasn’t got a clue about what he was talking. “I don’t know what has provoked this, to compare what about to Diana to what is happening to the Duchess of Sussex is in my view quite distasteful,” the royal commentator said.

According to Jobson, there is no doubt that Princess Diana was pursued by paparazzi and they were somehow involved in her death. However, there is nothing but positive publicity from the media when it comes to Markle. He added that Prince Harry’s wife is “certainly not being chased by anybody.”

A number of netizens also reacted to Clooney’s comparison and disagreed with him. One Twitter user said that the actor was “clueless” and added that it was insulting to suggest that Marke is similar to Princess Diana.

Another user pointed out that Markle doesn’t compare to Diana because she’s just an actress who is bringing the royal family down. A different netizen also wrote that the two royals are completely in different situations and that Markle is caring to strangers but not to her own father.
