The extra quality time the coronavirus pandemic has brought Justin Timberlake’s family is reportedly helping him further mend things with wife Jessica Biel. A source recently spoke with Us Weekly to give an update on the couple’s relationship.

“As a whole, they are having fun and have been getting along,” the insider told the outlet. “They are doing well and are happy.”

The update comes after Timberlake, 39, was spotted holding hands with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright in November 2019.

“Several cast members were there and it was just a cast gathering,” a source told the outlet at the time. “Nothing remotely romantic is going on with Justin and Alisha. The whole cast is shooting out there and like to hang out together. They were very much in public and nothing inappropriate was happening.”

Biel, 38, was spotted a number of times without her wedding ring after the incident. Timberlake released an apology on his Instagram in December stating that his behavior was a result of one too many drinks.

Us Weekly’s latest source says their time quarantined in the mountains with their 4-year-old son Silas has had a positive impact on the couple, who have been married since 2012.

“Although the pandemic is very stressful, Jess is trying to look on the bright side of things and thinks the extra downtime that comes along with the situation is great for her and Justin’s relationship,” says the source. “They, of course, both have their moments of being irritated, but it has ultimately brought them closer and having the main focus be each other and Silas has been a good thing.”

The family is reportedly passing the time by playing games, watching movies and cooking.

“They’re enjoying being healthy and safe together,” the individual stated. “They make time to work on themselves and open up about their issues.”
