The “Saturday Night Live” hiatus is almost over. Season 44 will return with new episodes this month.

“SNL” comes back Saturday, Jan. 19 at 11:30 p.m. EST on NBC. The first new episode of 2019 will feature two-time Golden Globe winner Rachel Brosnahan as host, and rock band Greta Van Fleet will serve as the musical guest.

Brosnahan, who stars in “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” on Amazon Prime, previously revealed she’s a big “SNL” fan. She was impersonated in an episode this fall. Cecily Strong played her in a sketch where celebrities were auditioning to host the Oscars, and Aidy Bryant played “Maisel” creator Amy Sherman-Palladino. Brosnahan told Seth Meyers that she was thrilled.

“I was abroad, and so I was six hours ahead, and everyone I have ever met had sent me a text message by the time I woke up the next morning,” she said on “Late Night.” “Even if it had been terrible, I feel like I still would’ve been thrilled.”

Greta Van Fleet, meanwhile, will play Studio 8H as one of their last U.S. gigs for a few months. After playing “SNL,” the guys will plays shows in Japan, Australia, Europe and South America before coming back to the States in May.

“SNL” returns to NBC with new episodes after several weeks on hiatus for the holidays. The last new episode aired Dec. 15.
