Meghan Markle has a lookalike that could pass as her nearly-identical twin. Sarah Mhlanga impersonates the Duchess of Sussex, and she makes money out of it.

While speaking with Daily Mail, the 36-year-old mom of two said that her friends first pointed out her similarities with Prince Harry’s wife after the royal couple’s engagement was announced two years ago. Shortly after, she scored an invitation to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s wedding, and she also had the chance to meet the royal couple in person.

At present, Mhlanga earns $500 for a few hours of impersonating Markle. She has been asked to model bridal dresses, do interviews, appear at events, and even pose with Prince Harry lookalikes.

Ever since her similarities with Markle became known, the 36-year-old has also appeared on television shows and commercials. Mhlanga oftentimes wears similar clothes to the “Suits” alum but she admitted that hers is the cheaper version of the royal’s outfits.

Mhlanga told the publication that she sometimes feels weird when people stop to ask her for photos and photographs thinking that she is Markle. But at the end of the day, she happily obliges to their requests.

“People in Tescos, mums, and dads on the school run and retirees are all eager to tell me I look like her - or ask me if I am Meghan. Even my daughter Mimi Raie, 5, and son Josiah, 7, started pointing at magazine covers and telling me that I look like the lady with Prince Harry,” she said.

Meanwhile, Mhlanga isn’t Markle’s only lookalike. Nicole Butcher, 23, was also likened to Prince Harry’s wife. The Angel, North London resident said that her friends started telling her that she looks like Markle after they saw her on “Suits.”

“I was in a bar once and a guy paid for my drinks all night because he was a fan of the show and had a crush on Rachel,” she told The Sun.

Danielle Bourne, 37, became a Markle impersonator at the right time.

“I got made redundant from my job doing admin for a major hairdressing chain but fortunately my Meghan work will help to pay the bills,” she said.
