Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will travel to the United States after their first official tour in Dublin, Ireland.

A source told US Weekly that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were inspired by their recent trip to travel the world together. In the spring of 2019, the royal couple will head to Markle’s home country.

As of late, Prince Harry and Markle’s complete itinerary has not yet been released. But a source told the publication that they will most likely visit New York, California, and Washington D.C.

“They are so excited to head to the U.S. Meghan is looking forward to introducing Harry to everything she loves about the U.S. They are thinking New York, Washington D.C., and California. They’re working to finalize their locations and venues,” the source said.

“Meghan and Harry want to solidify ties between the U.K. and the U.S. They want to highlight and foster these relationships. They will meet CEOs and female tech entrepreneurs to encourage their involvement in this industry,” the source added.

One of Prince Harry and Markle’s potential stops is the Obama Foundation in Chicago. Prince Harry is a close friend of the Obamas. The royal couple may also head to Canada, a country that is close to Markle’s heart. The former actress lived in Canada for years while she was filming for “Suits.”

Meanwhile, Markle is also planning on visiting her family and friends while she is in North America next year. Another source said that Markle wants to be able to do as many things as possible before she gets pregnant with her first child.

“Expect to hear the pitter-patter of a little prince or princess in 2019,” said the source.

But prior to their U.S. tour, Prince Harry and Markle will first head to Australia in October for the Invictus Games. The couple will also visit Fiji, New Zealand and the Kingdom of Tonga. Prince Harry and Markle will also be following in the footsteps of Prince Charles and Princess Diana because the ex-couple also went to Australia years ago.

During their trip, the Prince and Princess of Wales traveled 23,601 miles and spent 41 days overseas.
