Their divorce is about to become final, but the marriage troubles he had with Lily won't keep Cane from making one last attempt at winning her back on the Tuesday, Nov, 7 episode of "The Young and the Restless."

Lily (Christel Khalil) decided to file for a divorce from Cane (Daniel Goddard) after it became clear to her on the CBS soap that she couldn't get past not only all of his lies, but the fact that he was having a baby with Juliet (Laur Allen). Since she could no longer have children with him, that felt like too much of a situation for her to deal with, and she opted to end the marriage. Since then, the two have been trying to adjust to their lives as two single parents of their teenaged twins, Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry).

However, though he allowed Juliet to move in with him so he could keep an eye on her during her complicated pregnancy, Cane still hasn't been able to truly let go of the love he has for Lily. Now, after Billy (Jason Thompson) moves back in as well, the two brothers will get drunk as they lament their losses, with Cane losing Lily and Billy losing Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). As they drink, they will both decide to do whatever they can to try and get their women back—and that will lead to Cane drunkenly standing on Lily's doorstep and begging her to take him back.

"I don't want a divorce from you," Cane slurs in a preview clip. "I love you baby."

Lily will be listening to him through the door, though she isn't likely to let him in. However, a part of her has been wondering if the divorce is the right move to make, because she isn't sure if being apart from Cane is something that will truly make her happy.

Still, despite the feelings still being there, the couple will be headed to sign divorce papers, as Lily will decide it is what's best for her and the kids, because she genuinely cannot get past Cane's betrayals.

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
