“Young and the Restless” is continuing its plans to air tributes to actor Kristoff St. John and his character, Neil Winters, with a special storyline set to air beginning in April.

A CBS rep confirmed to International Business Times that the CBS soap will pay tribute to both St. John, who died Feb. 3, and his character, who he portrayed on the soap since 1991, via a storyline that will be introduced in late April.

“’The Young and the Restless’ will forever value the legacy of Kristoff St. John in his portrayal of Neil Winters,” the rep said in a statement.

It is unclear how long the storyline will last, what it will entail, or which characters will be involved in it. St. John’s final taped episode of the soap aired on Feb. 6, and featured him attending an event put on by his adopted son, Devon (Bryton James).

The soap is also airing a tribute to St. John during the episode airing Feb. 8 at 12:30 p.m. EST.

St. John was found unresponsive in his home in the San Fernando Valley on Sunday, and it is believed that alcohol may have contributed to his death. An official cause of death has been deferred by the medical examiner, pending the results of a toxicology report.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Mia St. John, and their daughter, Paris, as well as his daughter Lola from a prior marriage to Allana Nadal. He is also survived by his fiancée, Kseniya, Mikhaleva. His son, Julian, died in 2014 by suicide.
