To see what people are most interested this Halloween, YouTube revealed the new trends this season and which costumes are most popular in different parts of the country.

Halloween Movie Trends

YouTube ranked the most popular horror movie trailers based on global views this month. The list reveals which scary movies people are most interested in this Halloween. The top trailer was “IT,” followed by the 2013 film “The Conjuring,” as well as two sequels that are currently in theaters: “Jigsaw” and “Cult of Chucky.” Movies like Saw, which came out in 2004 and the first Chucky movie “Child’s Play,” which came out in 1988, were also on the top 10 list. The movies’ popularity could be due to the sequels that came out this year.
