Zynga's Farmville and Lady Gaga are two of the most popular pop culture phenomenon from the last five years; and now they are teaming up.

Social gaming company Zynga announced it has partnered up with the music icon, Gaga, in order to promote her upcoming album Born This Way. Fans of Gaga will be able to get an exclusive listen to the album when they visit the virtual Gagaville, which will be neighboring the ever-popular Farmville. In addition, those who buy the album at Best Buy from May 15 through June 11 will get a $25 Zynga gaming card as well.

I want to celebrate and share 'Born This Way' with my little monsters in a special way that's never been done before, Lady Gaga said in a statement. Zynga has created a magical place in FarmVille where my fans can come play, and be the first to listen to the album.

Users will have to download the Farmville game in order to get access to GagaVille. Farmville, which allows users to grow and take care of virtual farms, has 46 million users on a monthly basis, most of which play it on the popular social network Facebook.

We're focused on creating cool new ways to entertain and surprise our players, Owen Van Natta, Zynga's executive vice president of business, said in a statement. Our partnership with Lady Gaga offers many new experiences: Exclusive access to music in-game, a mobile contest, a free album bundled with Zynga game card purchases and limited edition virtual items across ten Zynga games. We want to thank Lady Gaga for working with us on this truly great surprise.

Farmville isn't the only game that will be Gaga-fied. . Words With Friends, a popular game for mobile platforms, will feature a daily Words with Gaga contest. Winners will get specific Gaga related prizes.

This is the second time Zynga has teamed up with Lady Gaga. In March of this year they collectively raised $3 million for Japan relief.
