Are Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt calling off their divorce after a recent face-to-face meeting? This is what a new tabloid report is claiming, but so far, there is no proof supporting this speculation.

Last month, Jolie, 43, and Pitt, 55, had two in-person meetings at an attorney's office in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Us Weekly previously reported. This was apparently just the latest in a series of meetings the estranged exes had to discuss the terms of their divorce and the custody of their six children: Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 10.

However, OK! magazine has put out an article claiming to reveal what supposedly went down during the "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" co-stars' meeting. An unnamed source claimed in the report that while the exes apparently went to the meeting without expectations, Pitt "started to tear up" when he saw Jolie again and apologized to the actress for everything that happened that led to them to part ways.

The OK! source went on to claim that Jolie also begged Pitt for forgiveness and acknowledged that they had been through a lot during their relationship of over a decade. Jolie and Pitt reportedly even shared a hug and planned to meet again afterward.

“Brad never wanted to end their marriage, and he’d fight to save it if Angie gave him the encouragement to do so,” the questionable tipster further claimed. “Truth is, she misses Brad and he’s still the best-looking man she’s ever had."

However, there is absolutely no truth to these claims. Gossip Cop reached out to an insider close to the situation, who confirmed that Jolie and Pitt have no plans to cancel their divorce.

According to Us Weekly, the divorce is actually proceeding smoothly. "They have established a foundation … that is enabling the process to move forward in a much more thoughtful and peaceful manner," a source told the outlet.

Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016, two years after their wedding and a total of 12 years in their relationship.
