Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still not okay as their divorce and custody battle continues, so the rumors about him spending the holidays with their children might not be true.

Previous reports claimed that Pitt would be reuniting with three of his children Shiloh, 14, and 12-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox for Christmas. However, a source recently spoke with Page Six and said the exes still have unresolved issues and "are still raging." Things are "not that simple," so Pitt might not see his kids during the holidays, per the source.

"Every holiday, every birthday, someone always leaks the same thing about Brad and his supposed plans to see the kids, like the pizza party for Shiloh’s birthday this year — and it seems like there’s never any truth to it," the insider added.

Pitt, 57, and Jolie, 45, announced their split in 2016. It has been four years since they parted ways, but their divorce and custody battle is still ongoing. The situation remains to be "pretty tragic for everyone" as it heads into its fifth year

At present, it is "finally headed towards some resolution." However, things "seem to be at a standstill and it doesn’t look like it’s going to be resolved anytime soon," the insider noted.

In the past months, Pitt and Jolie’s legal battle heated up again when Jolie filed for a petition to remove the judge overseeing their legal case. Pitt didn’t agree and filed for a motion to dismiss her request.

On Aug. 7, Jolie filed a request to remove Judge John W. Ouderkirk from their divorce and custody battle because he allegedly "failed to make timely mandatory disclosures of ongoing business and professional relationships between himself" and the law firm representing the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" star.

Pitt objected and considered Jolie's move an attempt to delay the adjudication of their long-pending custody battle. On his part, Pitt believed it won't be helpful and the tactical gambit would only hurt their kids, so he filed for a motion to deny Jolie's petition.

In November, the court sided with Pitt and retained Judge Ouderkirk on the case. The ruling stated that Jolie's bid to remove the judge was "untimely" because the "Maleficent" star was aware of his appointment for over two years already and she hand-selected him to preside their wedding in 2014.
