Hollywood star and former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger could not visit the Monument of Eternal Love Taj Mahal in Agra, India, on Friday as that is the day of the week when the famous site is closed to tourists because of Muslim prayers at a nearby mosque.

Schwarzenegger is in India for an environmental conference, and this is his first visit. His tour guide Nitin Singh said the Last Action Hero was disappointed that he could not view the inner compound of the Taj Mahal and had to make do with a glimpse from the roadside.

The Terminator star told NDTV channel that he may contemplate acting in Bollywood if offered an interesting script with a good director.
