Blake Shelton warmed the heart of his Instagram followers with his response to the #DeepCutsChallenge. The challenge was started by Tim McGraw and consists of those nominated performing their favorite throwback hits that he’s labeled as “deep cuts.” Shelton performed Wynonna’s “Only Love” and shared it on Wednesday after he was nominated by country singer Carly Pearce.

Many of Shelton’s followers felt his performance came at the perfect time.

“Just what I needed to hear tonight!! Thank you Blake!” one fan commented with a fire emoji and the double pink heart symbol.

“This makes quarantine a whole lot better,” someone else said ending their comment with the heart eye smiley.

Another fan added, “Very Beautifull and Calming..I was restless this / you so Helped Thank You!”

“Tell you what... that is JUST what I needed,” another user said. “As soon as you said ‘Wynonna’ I thought it would be Only Love... I sang my heart out along with you (terribly). Thank you. Living alone, it's good to feel connected. Much love to you and Gwen!”

Others were either impressed with “The Voice” judge’s talent, song choice or both.

“Blakeeeee! I literally love this song so much,” a supporter replied. “Thanks for doing a beautiful cover of it”

Another viewer added, “I love this song and I also love the fact that you’re in Mismatched camouflage! That is a true Oklahoma man right there! I’m an Okie too__”

Other followers were captivated by the fire that can be seen next to Shelton as he plays the guitar.

One person commented: “Good job Blake! You did good buddy! And I love the crackle of the fire in the back!”

“Beautiful music, beautiful fire. I sure do miss bonfires,” another added with two fire emojis.

Someone else wrote: “Amazing! You sound phenomenal. And the fire needs to be filmed alone so I can sleep to the sound”

Several fans took the chance to offer words of comfort or well wishes.

“This too shall pass,” someone commented. “Wish you and Gwen [Stefani] are staying healthy and safe.”

“God bless you and to those in the state of Oklahoma,” another user added with a series of pink double hearts.
