  • A Texas Ranger will join the investigation

“Blue Bloods” Season 10, episode 14 will not be airing this week. After dealing with a delicate police brutality case in the previous episode, the show will return next week with another powerful story.

There will be some exciting things to look forward to in the next episode. The show will introduce a new character in the form of Texas Ranger Waylon Gates (Lyle Lovett), TV Insider reported. The new character will be joining the police officers on the show to investigate a big murder case.

The Texas Ranger will have to work with Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) and Baez (Marisa Ramirez). According to the preview pictures of the new character that have been released online, he and Danny may not get along well. The case they will be investigating is about the Lone Star Killer.

Meanwhile, things will get “messy” for Eddie (Vanessa Ray) after her partner shot an undercover officer by mistake. James Addison (Justin Cunningham), the officer who pulled the trigger, will also deal with the fall out, but Frank (Tom Selleck) doesn’t want James to turn in his shield.

It has been rough for Frank and Erin (Bridget Moynahan) in the episodes of “Blue Bloods” Season 10 that have aired so far, TV Insider reported. On top of all the challenges the two characters have had to face, they also have to deal with Mayor Chase (Dylan Walsh), who has strong feelings about the homeless community.

Given the challenges that Frank has been facing, the official Twitter page has invited the fans to share their advice for the veteran character. The social media page also announced the release of the latest episode online for the fans to watch while they wait for the TV series to return.

“Blue Bloods” Season 10, episode 14 is titled “Fog of War.” It will air on Feb. 14 at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
