'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' Episode 240 Spoilers: Ikada's Secret

The ship is repaired and it is time to leave. Boruto and his friends are ready to depart from the Isle of Shipbuilders in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 240. The new episode is titled "Ikada's Dream."

The official promo trailer shows Ikada and Boruto bonding. Boruto is impressed by how skillfully Ikada is steering the boat.

Ikada tells him he has always been good with boats. He tells Boruto that he will visit him someday. Meanwhile, Ikada surprises Boruto when he tells him he was born in a different country.

Boruto is shocked because he thought he was from the island. Ikada reveals he has worked his way to this island on his own because of his passion for boats.

He shows Boruto the place where he met his boss, Kajiki, and realized what his dream was.

The episode, titled "The Boy from the Isle of Shipbuilders," opened with Denki trying his best to repair a part of the ship.

Unfortunately, he was not well-equipped to fix a ship. He gave up and the other warriors suggested they take a lifeboat and head toward the nearest island.

Meanwhile, Boruto, who was on the deck, was tired and said he was reaching his limit. Later, a shipbuilder named Kajiki and his apprentice Ikada were passing by. They saw the ship stranded in the middle of the ocean and offered to help them and repair the ship at the Isle of Shipbuilders.

"The ship carrying Boruto, his friends, and the people of Dotou Island is dead in the water. A shipbuilder Kajiki and his apprentice Ikada happen to pass by and offer to repair the ship at an island of shipbuilders where they live," the official synopsis of Episode 239 read, as per Crunchyroll.

"Upon arriving on the island, Boruto and his friends try to do whatever they can to help while waiting for their ship to be repaired. Meanwhile, in the seas near the Land of Water, a clash between the pirates of the Funato Clan and the Land of Water is becoming unavoidable," the synopsis continued.
