Brad Pitt was able to spend time with his children on Christmas Day amid his divorce from Angelina Jolie.

While speaking with US Weekly, a source close to the estranged couple said that Pitt gave all of his children gifts. Another insider revealed that it was actually Jolie who organized the family get-together. The kids’ therapist was also present to supervise the reunion.

Meanwhile, Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt on Sept. 19. At the time, the “Maleficent” actress claimed that Pitt had a feud with their son, Maddox, after the 15-year-old tried to defend his mom from the actor.

Just last week, Pitt filed a counter affidavit slamming his wife of two years for making their divorce public. In the court documents, Pitt stated that Jolie doesn’t really have their children’s best interest at heart. However, a source close to Jolie said that Pitt was just trying to prolong the court hearing, and this was why he filed another document in court. A few weeks ago, the couple had already signed a private agreement to seal their divorce case.

At present, Pitt has been granted temporary voluntary custody of all his children. The agreement states that his visits to the kids should be done in the presence of a therapist. The “Fight Club” actor is also requested to submit to voluntary drug and alcohol testing at least four times a month.

In other news, Pitt has already been cleared of child abuse allegations by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services after he was allegedly involved in a plane altercation with Maddox. The investigation into the incident by the FBI has also been dropped.
