BTS member V became emotional and shed tears after listening to J-Hope's words during an online global media day conference for their latest single "Dynamite" which took place on Sept. 2.

"Dynamite" is the group's first all-English single that released on Aug. 21. The single made it to the No.1 ranking on Billboard's 'Hot 100' chart on Sept.1 which coincidentally happened to be Jungkook's birthday.

It was an emotional day for the members as they had a lot to celebrate. The young boy band successfully reached yet another milestone with "Dynamite". BTS also created history as the first Korean band to top the Billbaord’s ‘Hot 100.’

Previously, "Dynamite" topped the iTunes chart in over 100 countries within 8 hours of its release. The song had also topped Spotify’s Global Top 50 chart ranking and had broken numerous YouTube records since its release.

During the press conference, the members answered various questions from reporters around the world and expressed their thoughts on making it to No.1 on Billboard's 'Hot 100' chart.

When J-Hope was asked about what he wanted to say to the other members, the singer replied that he was very thankful to the members who have become very precious to him over the seven years they've spent together.

"I am really thankful to our members even if we don’t say anything. No matter how many times I say this it is never enough. Our members have become precious people that I cannot live without and have become the biggest reason for living. I am truly thankful to have spent the last seven years with them and I hope that we stay together forever. I love you guys," he said, according to koreaboo.

V was touched by J-Hope's sincere answer and couldn't hold back his tears while listening to him. Following this, the host asked V to answer the next question.

"Truthfully, I teared up after hearing J-Hope’s words,” added V who was still teary-eyed.

V had once revealed that one of his goals was to make it to the Billboard’s ‘Hot 100’ chart.

"My personal goal this year is making it to the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Making it onto that chart is every artists' dream," he had mentioned during a press conference in 2017, Yonhap reported.

Meanwhile, all the other members were moved too and responded by saying, "J-Hope we love you."
