BWI Airport Suicide: Investigation Underway, Operations Not Affected

An investigation was underway at the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport after a man died in an isolated incident Wednesday night before Thanksgiving.
The Maryland Transportation Authority said there was no threat to public and the airport operations were also no affected.
ABC 7 reported a white sheet was covering the body on the floor between the JetBlue and American Airlines check-in counters. Photos from the scene showed roller screens blocking view of the investigation at the airport.
UPDATE: An eyewitness tells me he heard yelling, looked up and saw a man appear to slit his throat with a knife. Police and security guards tried to provide life saving measures, but to no avail.

The incident took place in the upper level of the main terminal. An eyewitness told a reporter from ABC 7 he heard a man screaming and when the former looked up, it appeared as if the man was slitting his throat.
The man died despite the police and security guards providing him with life saving measures.
