  • Camilla Parker-Bowles is, reportedly, preparing herself to become queen
  • The Duchess of Cornwall has, allegedly, lost a significant amount of weight as she continues her self-quarantine with Prince Charles in Birkhall
  • Camilla Parker-Bowles, reportedly, told Kate Middleton she will do whatever it takes to get the crown

Camilla Parker-Bowles was once considered as the United Kingdom’s most hated woman because of her alleged illicit affair and forbidden love for Prince Charles. Rumors claimed that the Prince of Wales cheated on Princess Diana with the Duchess of Cornwall for years, which, reportedly, is the reason why Charles and Diana's marriage ended in divorce. The pair made their first public appearance together in January 1999, more than a year after William and Harry’s mom died due to a car crash in a road tunnel in Paris.

New Idea, in its forthcoming May 11, 2020 issue, claimed that Camilla has been using her time in home quarantine to get fit and healthy as she gets ready to become the next queen. Sources told the entertainment news publication that the Duchess has shredded a significant amount of weight lately after, supposedly, following a form a caloric restriction and limiting refined sugar in her diet. However, no concrete pieces of evidence can prove that these claims are true up to this writing.

Camilla Parker-Bowles was, allegedly, not pleased after learning that Prince William and Kate Middleton took over some of the most important roles while she and Prince Charles are in self-isolation at Birkhall in Scotland for weeks. Because of this, she is, reportedly, trying to improve herself to ensure that she is in the best possible condition to rule the monarchy.

“Camilla is not going down without a fight. She’s told Kate she will do whatever it takes to get the crown. Kate insisted it was out of her hands. Camilla was seething and accused her of the ‘ultimate betrayal’ and going behind her back to steal the throne,” an unnamed source told the media outlet.

The publication even shared there have been claims saying that Prince Charles had talks with Queen Elizabeth to express his wife’s concerns. “While he knows how much Camilla wants the chance to prove herself as queen, he also understands his mother’s request and how allowing Kate and William to reign will not only reinstate public confidence but it will also ensure the future of the monarchy at such a crucial time,” the tipster went on.

However, the Clarence House already confirmed that Camilla will never become a Queen Consort should Queen Elizabeth decide to retire and give up the throne. “The intention is for the Duchess to be known as Princess Consort when the Prince accedes to the throne. This was announced at the time of the marriage and there has been absolutely no change at all,” it clarified in a statement, per Royal Central.

In November 2017, The Daily Star claimed that Camilla was “fuming” that Prince William could become king when Queen Elizabeth dies. The outlet even cited a source saying that the Duchess of Cornwall told Prince Charles to “man up and fight” so he could secure the throne.

Camilla Parker-Bowles has yet to comment on these reports. So, avid followers of the duchess should take these unverified claims lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
