Short answer: Yes, a baby elephant can use the new Samsung Galaxy Note. In the most recent advertisement for Samsung's new device, Peter the elephant is shown using several different applications on the well-marketed mid-size tablet.

Peter the elephant can select songs within one of the applications on the tablet, he can play with an application that mimics xylophone keys, he can swipe through photo albums, swipe down virtual guitar strings and even draw pictures using the stylus.

This is all real, no film trickery, post-production or hidden cuts -- he's just a very clever elephant, says the description of the YouTube video.

To prove it, the team working on the project uploaded two behind-the-scenes videos showing the elephant playing the piano and playing the drums on the small tablet.

For those of you that find it hard to believe that an elephant would be able to use the Samsung Galaxy Note, take a look for yourselves.

The YouTube channel that the video is posted on is called technivator, which appears to have worked with Samsung several times before. Many of the old videos the channel has posted have accumulated well above 1 million hits. One of the highest-hitting videos that the channel has is for Samsung Omnia (i900) Unboxing, which uses CGI, unlike the most recent elephant video, and has been able to rack up more than 3.7 million views.
