A deliveryman for King Food Chinese on Graham Avenue in Brooklyn visited the Bushwick Houses to deliver some orders of sesame chicken and a bottle of Sprite, when he was shot five times. The belligerent robbery left the deliveryman, Jin Jin Chen, 22, partially paralyzed.

The gunman, 17-year-old Victor Nubero, alleged said, Give me the food--I have a gun! according to the New York Post. When Chen tried to walk away with the food and get back on his scooter, he was blasted with five shots to the stomach and chest. Cubero picked up the food and walked away.

Cubero, who is 5-feet-tall and weighs approximately 100 lbs., has prior arrests for robbery, petit larceny and marijuana possession. He was arrested earlier this week on charges of attempted murder, assault, robbery and weapons possession.
